How will I know if it is the right time to hire a bookkeeper?

What is the benefit of hiring a third party bookkeeper? Why can't my CPA do it?
Not all CPA firms offer bookkeeping services. Having a third party bookkeeper to support the CPA and review the books on a monthly basis, focused solely on the health of your monthly financial reports, will only help the Tax Preparation at year end go more smoothly. CPAs are experts in tax preparation, bookkeepers are experts in the everyday activity of the books.

I don't live in your geographical area. Is that an issue? How will I get my records to you?
Virtual services are available! We rely heavily on online platforms like QBO, DropBox, email and Google Drive to name a few. Many clients grant us read-only access to online banking and credit card statements. In today's digital world, there is a way to get info to us!
Paper is piling up in my office. Can you help with that?
Yes! We can help keep your files straight whether it is in your office or at ours. At year end we will box it up for storage and set up the new year.
I use a local payroll company, can you still help with processing?
We can work with any payroll platform with online access.
Do you file taxes?
No. We are strictly a bookkeeping service. We will work closely with your CPA to ensure timely filings and accurate books.
Can you process 1099s?
